What you get
- Written advisory by email for 6 weeks on the Guided plan or 12 weeks on the Partner plan.
- Questions about your business and the course methods, answered in writing within 2 working days on Guided and 1 working day on Partner.
- Written reviews of your documents: 2 on Guided and 6 on Partner. A review covers one document of up to 15 pages or one spreadsheet, such as a business plan, a pitch deck, a pricing model, a research summary, an app brief, a dashboard or a risk register. You receive comments on the document and a short list of what to change first.
- On the Partner plan, a written 90-day plan for your business. You answer an intake questionnaire and we send the plan within 10 working days, with priorities, milestones and the metrics to watch.
How it starts
- After paying, your confirmation page and your email show the advisory address, advisory@varelloideas.com.
- Write to us from the email address you bought with, within 90 days of the purchase. Your weeks start on the day of that first email and run consecutively.
- In your first email, tell us about your business, what you want to achieve in the coming weeks and which courses you have started. We reply with a short plan for using the advisory well.
Hours and replies
- Advisory runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Lisbon time, except on Portuguese public holidays.
- Emails sent at weekends or on public holidays are answered on the next working day.
- Written reviews are returned within 3 working days of receiving the document.
- Advisory is in English or Portuguese, whichever you prefer.
Pauses
Holidays, illness or a busy month: ask once during your advisory and we pause it for up to 14 days. The remaining weeks continue afterwards.
What advisory is not
- It is written feedback, not calls or meetings, and it does not include doing the work for you: we do not write your business plan, build your app or run your campaigns.
- It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and we do not act for you with banks, investors, authorities or suppliers. For those matters, speak to a lawyer, a certified accountant or another qualified professional.

Your documents and data
Send only what we need to give useful feedback. We treat everything you send as confidential, use it only to provide your advisory and delete it 12 months after your advisory ends, or earlier if you ask. Avoid sending other people's personal data; remove names from customer lists before you share them. See the privacy policy.
