This is the model withdrawal form provided for in Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 on distance contracts. You do not have to use it: any clear statement works, including a short email in your own words to support@varelloideas.com. The form only makes sure nothing is missing.

We confirm receipt by email within one working day. If you do not receive a confirmation, write again: your request is not lost because we did not reply.
What happens next
We refund the amount due within 14 days at the latest, to the card you paid with, and access to the refunded purchase and any remaining advisory end.
