Varello Ideas courses are general business education: methods for diagnosing a business, planning strategy, researching a market, commissioning an app, analysing data and managing risk, explained with fictional examples. The email advisory on the Guided and Partner plans is written feedback on the plans, documents and questions you send us, based on the information you give.

Not legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice

Neither the courses nor the advisory are legal, tax, accounting, auditing, financial, investment, insurance or employment advice, and neither replaces a lawyer, a certified accountant (contabilista certificado), a statutory auditor, a licensed financial or investment adviser, an insurance broker or any other professional regulated in your country. Varello Ideas is not registered as any of these. When a lesson or an advisory email touches on contracts, taxes, employment, data protection, financing, investment or insurance, it explains the general idea only and tells you to check your own situation with a qualified professional. Please do so before you act.

Examples and templates

The businesses, people and numbers in the lessons are fictional and illustrative. They are not benchmarks, forecasts or averages for any industry. Templates are starting points: check that every formula, assumption and category fits your business before you rely on it. Rules, tax rates, platform features and prices change over time and differ between countries; always check current information from the official source.

No promised results

We do not promise revenue, profit, growth, funding, savings, approval by a bank or investor, or any other result. Every business is different, and results depend on your market, your decisions, your execution and many factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this website is a testimonial or a claim about the results of past customers.

You decide whether, how and when to apply what you learn, and you remain responsible for the decisions you take in your business. Our written feedback is based only on what you tell us and send us, and it cannot take into account facts we do not know.
